How much time do you spend with agents reviewing paperwork? You will never again have phone calls minutes before a closing from an agent asking what needs to be fixed on a contract. Less time on the phone with agents means more time on the phone for recruiting or networking or otherwise growing your business Agent Access is a secure area in your system where agents can log in and see what you want them to see. When you (or your assistant, it is that easy!) reviews paperwork, turned in by one of your agents, a record of it is created in the database. This record is a list of items that need to be addressed, as well as all of the important information pertaining to that particular file. This list of items can be sent to an agent by way of email (just one click!) or printed out and mailed to an agent that is less computer savy, or better yet it can be accessed through "Brokerage Files" in agent access. Brokerage Files also makes avaiable to the agent all of the paperwork pertaining to that particular file that has been uploaded by the brokerage.
