We’ve considered every aspect of a Real Estate Brokerage and developed these tools to help you run it smoothly and efficiently. Large or small, exclusive or productive, these are the tools that can allow you to maximize your resources. |
What if I need help?Help is included with every subscription. Once you’ve signed up we will contact you to set up a time we can conference with your office staff for an hour or so. During this time we will help you set up your system and walk you through many of the features. If help is needed after that, unlimited help is available online. All at no additional charge. |
What if I already use these features through other programs?As a Broker, I struggled for years trying to find the right system and being disappointed. Finally I found the necessary tools through a combination of systems and spreadsheets I created. This was expensive and cumbersome. These experiences led me to develop the system you see today. Because I remain an active Broker, we’re constantly making improvements and adding features. I know that every dollar counts so we designed this system to be at an affordable cost regardless of the size of the brokerage. |
Are there long term contracts or obligations?We believe that as a decision maker you should have the right to make those decisions that will most benefit your company. That’s certainly the way I feel about my Brokerage. I get a bad feeling whenever I’m asked to make a binding commitment without knowing the benefits firsthand. For that reason we’ve made BOSS a monthly subscription. If for any reason you decide that this isn’t the best program for your company, then all you need to do is let us know 30 days in advance of cancellation. That’s it, no fine print. If we’re not what you need then you’re free to go. Of course with a cancellation policy as open as this, you know we’ll work hard to keep all of our Brokers completely happy with our system. |
Do my agents have to subscribe to your Agent Product?Not at all. BOSS was originally designed as a Brokerage Management System. You’ll find that as a Management system, it is complete. However many of our Brokers find that recruiting is much easier when they’re able to provide powerful tools such as our Agent Product to their agents. Our Brokers tell us that since agents are able to complete online what they used to come in and take up company resources for, the company is more productive as a result. |
How hard is it to upload my historic transactions so I can begin using this program right away? We’ve developed an easy to use system that will help you get all of your information into the BOSS system so you can begin tracking your business right away. Our help is always available if you need it. |
Can I change the look of my Site?Your site can be modified to include your corporate colors and logos can be added. We believe that your site should reflect the look and content of your company. |
My business is a Large Productive or Small Exclusive company. Will this work for me?This program is designed for all size companies. The tools make it easy to track volume and productivity no matter what your current size. If you're growing you’ll find adding an agent has never been simpler. |
Is my information going to be sold to outside parties?Never ever. Although a lot of other companies make additional profit this way, we feel that it would be a violation of the trust you place in us. It’s our policy to never sell, assign, transfer, or make available in any other way any of our information to outside parties. |
